He come round 4 weeks prior to give us a quote which was very reasonable and we managed to book in with Billy for when me and hubby was out for the day so he could be left to it and nobody in the way because of COVID, he did a fantastic job and we was very pleased. We were thinking of having our carpets replaced as they had started to look very tired when a friend recommended we try Nel’s carpet Cleaning. I am so glad we took his advice as our carpets now look and feel brand new. The whole process from contacting Nel’s to their team arriving to clean the carpets was easy and stress free. The team were very professional, friendly and helpful even lending a hand to move a couple of items of furniture that I could not move on my own. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and cannot recommend them highly enough.
