We had Nel's to clean our carpets at the end of our tenancy and we were so happy that it was the first thing we did when we moved into the new house we have recently bought. I really feel I can trust them to provide with honest advice; they are very professional, hard work and the results are amazing. In our previous home, the carpet looked as new and in this new house, having Nel's the 2nd day we moved in, it meant that we felt that by the time they finished, the house was more ours, we could move around once pet odours, dog hair and general dirt was removed -it took them 5 hours!- I thoroughly recommend this company, they are honest, professional, they came the day after we call them up and very importantly, they are really friendly and pleasant, so it is nice to have them around. It is definitely money well spent.
I just want to start by saying I looked far and wide for a carpet cleaning company and when we come across Nel’s Carpet cleaning after having some previously bad experiences with other companies I’m glad we found them.Everything about them is excellent they’re polite, knowledgeable, thorough, punctual and surpassed my expectations!I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!My carpets & sofa smell incredible & look like they did when they were brand new!If your thinking about getting your carpets cleaned or sofa give these guys a call you won’t regret it.
I highly recommend Nel's Carpet Cleaning. I had some concerns about my sofa so called them for a quote. Billy was able to address my concerns and explained how he'd be able to get it looking like new again. He was punctual and professional and did a fantastic job - the results were amazing and I felt like my sofa was brand new! His price was very competitive and service was 10/10. Thank you Billy.
